I created this painting years ago, capturing a moment in time that now feels both distant and vivid in my memory. The emotions I experienced then were profound, as I grappled with the unsettling feeling of detachment from myself. It’s a universally challenging experience that many encounter at least once in their lives. However, I’ve come to realize that bridging that gap and rediscovering unity with oneself is not only possible but transformative.
